Timing of meds

I'm really struggling with getting all the timings right. It's like a puzzle I can't solve because my brain's fogged up and I'm so tired. NB I'm almost 64 yrs old.

Currently:

7am T4/T3 with oral asthma spray

9.30am Breakfast with palbociclib, letrozole and oral spray Vit D/K2

3pm T3 (5mcg)*

6pm Glucosamine/chondroitin

10pm Calcium

*I struggle to remember the afternoon T3 dose as despite phone alerts, I've often just eaten something without realising (multiple distractions).

So worked out to change to:

7am Thyroid meds/asthma

9.30 Breakfast (cancer meds, oral vit D)

12.30 Lunch (calcium)

4.30 T3

6pm Glucosamine/Chondroitin

10pm Magnesium

The puzzle for me is how/when to fit in Vit B12, then Thorne B?

With breakfast or lunch. As I know nothing about your cancer meds I'd probably say lunch.

How about 11am B vits ideally want to be before lunch as they can be stimulating they don't have an issue with calcium so...🤗

I wouldn't worry about food and T3 as it doesn't have much effect compared to T4 which is a fussy one and likes to be alone in your tum

just be sure you take your levothyroxine at least thirty minutes before you eat. More time is even better. I was taking it just before breakfast for years and when I started doing it right I was diagnosed as hyper. That started several years of battling my doc and endo to get things right.

Hi - Kapuna. Ditto for me. I've taken T4 for 60 years now and for 50 of them was never made aware to leave a gap between food. My dose was an unbelievable 300mcg daily as was never given follow up blood tests til my early 30s. Since menopause, dosage slowly reduced down to 100mcg per day plus 10mcg T3 but many arguments with GPs over that period! I only became aware about calcium and thyroxine after close scrutiny of the patient info leaflet.
