I'm not surprised you're feeling terrible with results like that. Your vitamin levels are awful.

Did you do the test as per the protocol recommended here? Recommended blood test protocol: Test at 9am (or as close as possible), fasting, last levo dose 24hrs before the blood draw, last T3 dose 8-12 hours before blood draw & no biotin containing supplements for 3-7 days (Biotin can interfere with thyroid blood results as it is used in the testing process)? Testing like this gives consistency in your results and will show stable blood levels of hormone. Taking Levo/T3 just prior to blood draw can show a falsely elevated result and your GP/Endo might change your dose incorrectly as a result.

Free T4 (fT4) 19.8 pmol/L (10 - 22) 81.7%

Free T3 (fT3) 4 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 24.3%

Your TSH is low in range but if you could get your vitamin levels up it might go up a little.

➢Your FT3 is low, better to be above 50%, maybe higher so you have room for a small dose increase if you could negotiate that.

You're not converting well which may improve with better vitamin levels.

➢Are you vegan or vegetarian?

➢Have you been tested for Coeliac?

➢B12 - do you have symptoms of B12 deficiency? The reference range for B12 is very wide and cut off point too low. theb12society.com/signs-and...

If you do then you should discuss this with your doctor for further tests for Pernicious Anaemia unless you are vegan or vegetarian.

If not, then start with a B12 sublingual spray or lozenge for a week, then add a good B complex. Once you run out of the separate B12 just continue with the B complex.

➢Folate - aim for a level of 20. Recommend taking an active/methyl (should say on label) B complex which contains 400mcgs folate (also B12). This B complex has all the right vitamins at a not unreasonable cost for 90 days supply. amazon.co.uk/Liposomal-Soft...

➢Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150. wildatlantichealth.com/vita...

➢Ferritin should be around 90 - 100 for best use of thyroid hormone. Suggest increasing iron rich foods in diet and eating them often. Chicken livers, pate, red meat etc

➢Do you know if you had positive thyroid antibodies? Many with autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's benefit from a gluten free diet. A smaller percentage of those also need to remove dairy from their diet to feel well. These are intolerances and will not show up on any blood test.

Morning JD...yes you were right...Eventually spoke to GP who was horrified too.. had dose increase of levo to 100mic ..plus taking vit D +K2 (10.000ug)per day and B12 (1,300ug) per day ( British Vitamins..clean no additives at all) see where we go from here...how can lab say all normal when they are obviously not!! I mean a TSH of 0.46 is not !! Even to an untrained eye..true you have to be your own advocate or die...thanks for your help..

Jaydee1507 has offered you great advice, but I just wanted to reach out & say I’m hoping your post treatment recovery is going well. You are right to focus on optimising key vitamins as getting these higher in the range will support your thyroid health. 🦋👍
