so after 3 x TSH (low but in range) and 2 x T4 (low but in range) and 1 T3 and normal antibodies my doctor still will not treat me. These blood tests from October-January. I have to go back again in 8 weeks to repeat bloods. I’m not medicated for my thyroid
Last blood test.
My TPO was 30 (0-50)
TSH 0.35 mIU/L (0.35 - 4.94) 0.0%Free T4 (fT4) 11.1 pmol/L (9 - 19.10) 20.8%Free T3 (fT3) 3.8 pmol/L (2.4 - 6) 38.9%T4:T3 Ratio 2.921
I found test results from 2017 so was low back then.
Tsh 0.88
T4 12.1
is there anything I can do support my thyroid without thyroid medication. I am optimising vitamins. Vit d, b12, magnesium
I’m tired, feel low and at times anxious/worried (take escitalopram as dr said this would help anxiety) and I’m on HRT gel and progesterone tabs.
Not sure dr believes me when I say I suffer from headaches and tiredness says I’m a working mum and anxious.

Just looked through all your previous posts
You need BOTH thyroid antibodies, vitamin D, B12 and folate levels tested
as per previous post
healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
As explained…….You will have to do this privately via Medichecks or Blue horizon
Test early morning ideally just be 9am, on a Monday or Tuesday morning
Stop multivitamins 3-5 days before test
Come back with new post once you get results
As previously said in earlier posts ….multivitamins never recommended on here.

thanks. Will the dr accept results done via those channels?
I just wondered if there was anything else to add or diet that could also support rather than a drug route? Thanks

Depends what results show
If vitamins are deficient GP obligated to treat
If vitamins low self supplementing separate vitamins to improve (not multivitamins)
Looking at possible gut issues…..or food intolerances etc
If have High Thyroglobulin antibodies shows something is going on with thyroid

so you definitely want results back before consultation

I assumed private appointment would take the necessary tests?

A) if you go without full tests before consultation it’s waste of time and money
B) Medichecks or BH will be far cheaper

Sorry thank you for all your help, should I stop taking all vitamins I take before tests, such as magnesium?
