Hi mollycoddle - I’ve linked SlowDragon in so she will see this 😊👍
I’ve only just worked this trick out but if you type an @ then the name with no spaces the name should come up in a coloured bar underneath. If you click on it, that creates the link and will appear in the person’s alerts 😊👍
Thyroid levels appear “normal “ but propranolol could be lowering levels
Vitamin levels
Vitamin D good
Folate could be a little better. Rather than just taking a B12 supplement, suggest you consider supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in (not folic acid) may be beneficial. This can help keep all B vitamins in balance
Thorne Basic B or Jarrow B Right are recommended options that contains folate, but both are large capsules. (You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule)
IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results
Hi thank you for reply Slowdragon I weaned myself off taking propanalol 4 years ago, so no medication only omega 3 capsual once a day for joints. Will start b complex after next blood test in two weeks so is there no need to supplement vitamin d? I was going to buy the better you spray with k2 you suggested last week
