Blood result advice please

Can anyone please advise me on my blood result ? I'm experiencing severe hair loss and gut pain, cold hands and feet and often feel tired. I've seen a GP who told me my ferritin is really low (level 11 in december 2020/ level 77 in april 2021. I've been taking Ferrous Sulfate) but apart from that he told me my blood tests are fine and there is nothing he can do. So I decided to do my own test, which is from the 02/06. I would really appreciate some advice.
