I've posted a few times these last year and a half my health issues came back. Shout out to SlowDragon who really helped me get back to feeling good and gave me a lot of hope that things can be good again.
Unfortunately I've completely crashed, since I had some exams and have been very fatigued for the last 5 weeks.
My bloods are all over the place, and I'm not sure how to interpret them.
I am on 1.5 grains NDT, 75mcg T4 taken in the morning. The Thyroid-S NDT expired in October 2020, (I am trying to get more).
This blood draw was done about 22 hours later. I have had an iron deficiency before I started upping my thyroid so been taking iron on and off before the blood test as well as a B complex, and vitamin D 1000 iu. I am a 26 year old male who is also on TRT.
I dont really understand my results at all, theres too many things that could be making me feel tired/weak. I've stopped iron, and b12 supplementation. I know you are not supposed to supplement them the days before but I think I probably was. So I'm not sure if this is a false high or Ive been poisoning myself with iron supplements. Is my thyroid low, or is the reduced T4 because its 24 hours after the medicine? Any help/expertise interpreting these would be appreciated.
