I’d appreciate the advice of forum members as to where to go next with dosing. I’ve spent the last two years improving my vitamin levels thanks to this forum. It’s made a huge difference! Thank you so much to everyone who has helped me so much.
I am moving from T3 only to T4 and T3. These are my latest results. Last dose of T4 24 hours and T3 12 hours before blood test. I’m on 50mcg of T4 and 20mcg of T3. I weigh 54kg
TSH 0.32 (0.27-4.2mlU/L)
Free T4 10.65 (12-22pmol/L)
Free T3 4.68 (2.8-7.1pmol/L)
Vitamin D 38.69 (31-100ng/mL Normal)
B12 607.50 (197-866pg/mL)
Ferritin 89.46 (13-150ng/mL)
Folate 40.64 (normal >12.19)
Calcium 9.03 (8.5-10.5mg/dL)
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post and offer your thoughts.

If not tip-top, I'd increase the levo - your free T4 is under-range. I need both free T4 and free T3 to be high in range to feel good. Say an extra 25 mcg and see how that goes? Your free T3 is only 43% through range, so the extra levo won't take that over-range.
Thank you. It’s so difficult! I also get a prescription for T3 30mcg. I’ve been on 20mcg since taking 50mcg of Levo but I’m really not well at all. I get terrible flashing lights when my T3 is low and a few other symptoms. I’ll up the Levo first then see what I’m like in a few weeks and then look increasing T3 if there’s no improvement.
Hi Lyn, you know my situation with the B12 etc. I know you are taking liver. What supplements are you on? D's low? T3 is low. I know you're experimenting with adding T4 back in. Can I suggest your do a MyHeritage or Ancestry gene test to see if you have the dud genes that DI01 and 02? Just because having those dud genes can impact so much on your ability to take T4. You may be okey doke, but I know for me, it sorted out that T4 was futile for me. If however you're good then maybe up T4? I just have this idea (from our conversations) that there's something else at play here (nothing ominous). sx
