Been feeling extremely tired, memory fog and weight gain. Asked the endo to do my blood test hoping this would give me the answer. I am on 45 mg of Armour thyroid, 50,000 iu of Vitamin D weekly plus iron 45 mg as I am low in D and anemic. This test was done today January 21,20, 9 hours after taking Armour and 2 hours after lunch.
TSH 0.50 , range 0.35-4.94
T4 free 0.75, range 0.70-1.48
T3 1.39, range 0.48-1.59
Haemoglobin A1c 5.9, range 4.6-5.9
I was hoping my thyroid was low that’s why I have been feeling extremely tired.
Can anyone tell me if these results are ok? Is T 3 same as Ft 3 or T 3 free?

Possibly not. You are in the US and we frequently find they do Total T3 and refer to it as T3. If it was Free T3 (FT3) I think they would put the word "Free" somewhere either before or after the T3.

These are what one would expect to see when someone takes NDT - it tends to lower, even suppress TSH and FT4 is generally lowish in range. Without Free T3 result we can't comment on whether you are taking enough Armour. However your symptoms of "feeling extremely tired, memory fog and weight gain" do suggest undermedication but fatigue could also be due to low ferritin/iron levels.
Haemoglobin at the very top of the range could be a concern.
Haemoglobin Range is better than before. I will ask my doctor to test free T 3, the insurance in USA do not sometimes pay for frequent blood test. I am waiting for my gp cmp? blood test result.
I am planning to add vitamin K2 along with the Vitamin D 50,000 iu once a week that I have been taking. 45 mg iron with orange juice may help too.
I know that Total T3 done in the US but here in the UK it's normal for FT3 to be tested. Total T3 measures the total of T3 that is bound to proteins and unbound (free) and it's the free T3 that is available to the cells.
I can't help with your platelet results and I don't know what the abs lymph automated test is, has your doctor not explained the significance of these results?
Thyroid results not looking too bad. I was insanely tired and couldnt fathom it. Also couldnt lose weight. The. About 10 months ago i found my folate was low and also checked my 23 and me raw data. Turns out i have a problem with an mthfr gene so cannot process folic acid. I got my folate up using methyl folate, Plenty of energy now and have lost 35 lbs with no effort....
The problem with thyroid stuff is that it seems to affect so many other systems, which in turn afftect viramin and mineral levels.
Check all your levels of b vits, iron, magnesium and iron.
