Vit D 250H 59nmol /L ( > 50 nmol L sufficient

B12 926 ng/L (180 - 900 )

CRP <5 mg/L (<5)

Cortisol saliva waking 10.800 nmol/ L (6-21)

Cortisol saliva 12mday 4.030 nmol/L (1.5-7.6)

Cortisol saliva 16.00 3.780 nmol/L (0.00 - 5.49)

Cortisol saliva before bed < 1.5 nmol/L ( 0.00 - 1.99 )

BP can rocket with a reading of 172 / 111 mmhg

I don’t need to know it’s up it’s the sickly headache and palpitations that tell me

All vits and supplements BioCare one a day as recommended by Dr Sarah Myhill on her website - not the worlds best at gluten free but I am trying

Ginger , magnesium , turmeric

Holy basil ferrous fumarate

Being Menopausal also not helping

Mid cycle 13 IU/L (3-17 )

Do I need DHEA levels . Or just a short sharp electrical blow to the head !

Also wondering as 0 blood type if I should be taking betain

Or pepsin - I do take BioCare enzymes but can you do both?

Sometimes feel like I hot a brick in my stomach .......

I do eat well and go for lots of Color in fruit and veg too

Bio care are not the best supplements due to having a lot of fillers. Just looking at the vitamin d alone. Should be a softgel in olive or coconut oil.
