I am going to Google, however wanted to get input from the members in regards to Vitamins that I am taking and when to take them and what not to take with what.
So currently I take the following:
Vitamin D
Vitamin K
B12
Selenium
Magnesium
Iron

Vit D and K2 should be taken with some kind of fatty meal for absorption. Four hours away from thyroid hormones. But, you can take them at the same time as magnesium and selenium. Although a lot of people prefer to take magnesium at night, because it makes them sleepy. And it must be four hours away from thyroid hormone.
What sort of B12? Sublingual methylcobalamin? You can take that at any time. But you should also be taking a B complex with it, to balance the Bs. That should be taken two hours away from thyroid hormone, but can be taken at the same time as vit D etc.
Iron should be four hours away from thyroid hormone, and two hours away from everything else except vit C, which should be taken at the same time to aid absorption and protect from constipation.
