I have shared my NHS blood tests here (again below), have had new medicheck results and another NHS test due 9th of Nov. I'd really appreciate any advice you can give particularly what I need to do to be as well as possible and what I need to say to my Dr (after next tests) , I've been unwell for several years now but not diagnosed with anything yet. I believe it is worse near my period, and less bad mid month.
12/10/19 NHS blood tests (late morning, no breakfast but a couple of cups of tea with honey. This was the day before my period). I had a lot of tests, below have detailed the ones which may be of interest with ranges.

Im 44, have been mostly gluten free for 18 years. Never found to be celiac, one test but wasn't eating Gluten at time. My food is becoming limited, feel unwell with food, but sometime can eat more than other times. I think sugar is a broblem, with a glucose monitor levels high and low but Dr not worried. Have lots of female hormonal seeming issues too, like frequent menstrual bleeding (usually if I eat lots of carbs, not as usual these days) and breast issues. Migraines (but I think are related to sugar/carb intake.
Would be grateful for any advice on what I should expect my Dr and anything I should be saying. They don't usually take my symptoms seriously.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Igennus Super B complex are nice small tablets. Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks
Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
I'll try to get referred to an endocrinologist, I've had such problems getting Dr's to take me seriously. I know most of my symptoms seem linked to each other but they always look at me like Im stupid. I'm planning to put everything in a spread sheet too, advice, results and my symptoms. I'll send to the Dr so he can view in his own time, and I don't have to watch as he rolls his eyes.
I will keep pushing, but have also decided will go back on a very strict diet and cut out everything again. I know how much better I feel from it, for the last 18 yrs I've frequently taken my diet back to veg and protein. It's hard to maintain, but if that's the way to feel better that's what I'll do. Unfortunately it seems the longer time goes by the more food sensitivities I have and the longer it takes to get back yo ferling normal.
I have more blood tests Saturday, so i will stop feeling sorry for myself and start owning it all after that is done.
I do also have some Vit D test results, I don't know why I hadn't added above - I'll blame the brain fog!!
Vit D - 35 (range 50-175) Medicheck dr suggested I start taking Vit D 20-50mg daily for 12 weeks, repeat test in 8-12 weeks then reduce to 10mg if within range.
I have some liquid nutravita Vit D 3 drops I bought a few months ago - thinking I might need them - and then worried about self medicating when I had no idea whether or not I needed it. That would be 2 mg drops per day.
When I read up (weeks ago without knowing my test results or knowing I had a dodgy thyroid), my feeling was that I should have more than that. Any thoughts? Should I just go for 50mg a day? I think I saw some evidence that very high doses could be good for some (I will also try and find the paper I was looking at).
