Thanks to anybody who can comment, taking 50/75 thyroxine alternative days. Just been told I have pre diabetes, but levels have come down since testing at the doctors. Had a underactive thyroid for over 60 years since childhood.

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test, (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
Is this how you did the test?
Your FT3 is far too low, FT4 is has room for improvement
The aim of Levothyroxine is to increase the dose slowly in 25mcg steps upwards until TSH is under 2 (many need TSH significantly under one) and most important is that FT4 in top third of range and FT3 at least half way in range
All four vitamins need to be regularly tested and frequently need supplementing to maintain optimal levels
NHS guidelines on Levothyroxine including that most patients eventually need somewhere between 100mcg and 200mcg Levothyroxine.
Your vitamins are too low and improving these may help improving conversion
What supplements do you currently take?
Vitamin D is too low. GP will only prescribe to bring vitamin D up to 50nmol. Aiming to improve by self supplementing to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better .
Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.
B12 and folate on the low side. B12 should be at least over 500. Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.
B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
I prefer Igennus Super B complex. Nice small tablets. Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks
Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
Thanks for reply much appreciated, fasting and no thyroxine taken until after test. Done in the morning and taken straight to post office and sent same day, paid for next day delivery. Checked and they received it next day. Took advice from your previous replies to other people. One comment they made is ferritin is slightly high. It has gone up this last year. Stopped fitamins before test, will start supplementing again to improve them again. Looks like I need vitamin D all year round. Thanks again the advice is so much appreciated by members on here.
