I used to take magnesium at 9.00pm but since starting NDT a month ago i decided to take it in the night to avoid any potential foggy headedness - so I chose to take it at bedtime, 9pm.
I find it hard to sleep without taking magnesium at bedtime but can no longer take it at that time due to taking the NDT.
Advice please as to how to split the NDT dose so I can also take my magnesium?

You don't actually have to split the NDT. Lots of people take it all in one go. But, if you do split it, magnesium - like iron, calcium, vit D and oestrogen - it should be taken four hours away from thyroid hormone.
Iron should be taken two hours away from everything - which is one of the reasons multi-vits are a bad idea. There are others:
* If your multi contains iron, it will block the absorption of all the vitamins - you won't absorb a single one! Iron should be taken at least two hours away from any other supplement except vit C, which is necessary to aid absorption of iron, and protect the stomach.
* If your multi also contains calcium, the iron and calcium will bind together and you won't be able to absorb either of them.
* Multi's often contain things you shouldn't take or don't need : calcium, iodine, copper. These things should be tested before supplementing.
* Multi's often contain the cheapest, least absorbable form of the supplement : magnesium oxide, instead of magnesium citrate or one of the other good forms; cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin; folic acid instead of methylfolate; etc. etc. etc.
* Multi's do not contain enough of anything to help a true deficiency, even if you could absorb them.
* When taking several supplements, you should start them individually at two weekly intervals, not all at once as you would with a multi. Because, if you start them all at once, and something doesn't agree with you, you won't know which one it is and you'll be back to square one.
With a multivitamin, you are just throwing your money down the drain, at best, and doing actual harm at worst. Far better to get tested for vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin, and build up your supplementation program based on the results.
So, really, your whole time-table needs revision, I'm afraid.
M33R4, youve got a 9.5hour gap between 6:30am and 4pm, could you fit something in there? You could try taking your NDT then or sometime around then. Unless you've found by trial and error you need to take it at night.
You've also got a 5 hour gap between 4pm and 9pm. You could reduce that to 4 hours to get an extra bit of wriggle room somewhere else.
Maybe try magnesium as a cream. I do this and then fudge my gaps a bit.
You're taking seaweed in the morning. If you've got an underactive thyroid it's not necessarily good to take these because the iodine can worsen thyroid problems. I've got no thyroid and do eat a little for the general health benefits, but I just consider it a food and don't leave any extra gaps.
I take 3 grains NDT all at the same time in the morning an hour before I eat. I originally split the dose but I found it too awkward fitting in other meds at the right times. I don't notice any difference. I don't see the point of splitting it in the middle of the night as you do since I believe the second dose was supposedly to help the afternoon slump. I don't expect you're rushing around doing lots of things between 9pm and 12pm (unless you work nightshift?)
