Split NDT over 24 hours?
Spirulina, chlorella and
astaxanthin
at 6.30am Iron, multi vits,
astaxanthin
at 4.00pm. I used to take magnesium at 9.00pm but since starting NDT a month ago i decided to take it in the night to avoid any potential foggy headedness - so I chose to take it at bedtime, 9pm.

Orange eyelids
I do take some orange supplements (curcumin,
astaxanthin
, and also the colorful and tasty BIRM) and eat lots of orange-ish foods (orange, yellow & red peppers, oranges, grapefruit, carrots, cinnamon, salmon). Has anybody experienced this? It's weird.
