Split NDT over 24 hours?

Spirulina, chlorella and astaxanthin at 6.30am Iron, multi vits, astaxanthin at 4.00pm. I used to take magnesium at 9.00pm but since starting NDT a month ago i decided to take it in the night to avoid any potential foggy headedness - so I chose to take it at bedtime, 9pm.

Orange eyelids

I do take some orange supplements (curcumin, astaxanthin, and also the colorful and tasty BIRM) and eat lots of orange-ish foods (orange, yellow & red peppers, oranges, grapefruit, carrots, cinnamon, salmon). Has anybody experienced this? It's weird.

Hey Guys, I know there has been a vigorous debate about pro-oxidants versus anti-oxidants. I must admit, I don't really understand the ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) and why it's important, especially with regards to cancer. Someone on Facebook, sent me a message, which included the following link: http
