So, having read through previous posts, you are not on Levothyroxine and struggling to get diagnosed

Did you do this test as early as possible in morning and fasting?

Vitamin D is deficient and needs treating

Aiming to improve vitamin D to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better .

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function. It's trial and error what dose each person needs.

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Retesting twice yearly via vitamindtest.org.uk

Local CCG guidelines shows GP should prescribe 1600iu for 6 months

Government recommends everyone supplement vitamin D October to April

B12 and folate on the low side. Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast

Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Only start with one in morning. Retest in 6-8 weeks ).

Or Jarrow B-right is large capsule

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Ferritin is on low side, not low enough for GP to test or treat. Eating liver or liver pate once a week should help improve

You may find that by improving vitamins either symptoms just improve, or TSH may also rise further so that GP can see you are hypothyroid

You don't have high thyroid antibodies. However 20% of Hashimoto's patients never have raised antibodies.

You might request an ultrasound scan of thyroid.

Without high antibodies GP may dismiss the raised TSH, because it's not near enough 10

But that's because UK guidelines are out dated. Many other countries would treat a TSH this high

You could ask for three month trial of Levothyroxine or improve vitamins first and retest in 2-3 months

Thank you. I was hoping results would show something clearly enough so my GP would sit up and take notice! I guess not! I will start supplementing and hope that helps x

Do you have any gut symptoms?

What's your diet like ?

Right now my diet is crap cos I'm feeling sorry for myself and I'm an emotional eater. Normally I flip between eating well and eating junk but I eat lots of fruit and veg and drink enough water. I do eat too much sugar, that's for sure. I have bloating and wind on and off and am planning to do an elimination diet after a weekend away next weekend. I figured it is worth a shot x

Bloating and wind can be gluten intolerance

Candida is another possibility
