Hi can someone please have a look at my recent results.

TSH 1.78. Range 0.38-5.33

Free T3 4.8. Range 3.7-7

Free T4 14 range 5.6-21

How do you feel? That's the most important question.

The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo if that is where you feel well.

If you're still symptomatic then your TSH could be lower, your FT4 is 55% through the range and your FT3 is 33% through range, both could be higher. If you're still symptomatic you need an increase in Levo.

I feel ok. But to be honest how am I sposed to feel? I don’t feel like I did when first diagnosed over active. (That was awful) And I didn’t feel unwell when I went under active. So I’m confused. I’m on 75mg Levo.

That's up to you. You say you feel OK, is OK good enough? Could you feel better? You need to ask yourself if you should rock the boat by adjusting your dose if you feel fine as you are. To know if you are symptomatic:

I have a 8 symptoms on the hypo list. So shall I up Levo to 100 a day. See how that goes. Redo bloods in 6 weeks.

There is plenty of room to increase your Levo if you feel you want try it.
