New Blue Horizons Vitamin and Mineral test!

Hi everyone

I've been supplementing as suggested by our excellent experts for a while, and wanted to see how things were looking. I'd previously failed to find a cost-effective way of testing Selenium and Magnesium in particular, and this new Blue Horizons test covers all the key vits and minerals for us Hashi's peeps, so I thought I'd share here:

Nutrition Nine

A new and unique nutritional profile covering 9 tests - Vitamins D, B12 and B9, plus Magnesium, Selenium and Zinc as well as Ferritin, Sodium and Calcium.

It's not a cheap test, but much cheaper than getting a number of separate tests.

Admin, please feel fee to edit if not appropriate, but new users can enter this referral link and I will get points. I have to be honest, I have no idea if you'll get anything!
