Reviewing vitamin & mineral combinations.

Good Afternoon everyone

I hope the snow isn't causing anyone too much trouble, although I do love it myself.

I wonder if anyone could cast their eyes over my regime & see if it looks okay. As some of my stocks come to an end I'll be replacing with better brands/combinations.

Breakfast 7.30-8am:-

B12 oral spray 1200mg

B complex "100"

Folate 400 ug (will get Thorne B range)

Zinc 22mg

Boron 3mg

Selenium 200mcg

L-glutamine 2000mg (includes pre & probiotics & enzyme blend)

11am:- Adrenal supplements (3hrs away from Vits/mins)

12pm:- Thyroid supplements (4hrs away)

No glutamine taken so not to interfere with supplements.

Dinner 6pm:-

L-glutamine 1000g

Magnesium Malate 116.7mg

Bedtime:- 10.30-11

Vit c 1000mg

Iron 20mg

Will glutamine inhibit the absorption/performance of what I take?

My body appears to be ok with this regime. Any thoughts or advice would be great.

I'll be due to take blood tests in a few weeks to check levels.

Thank you folks

Much appreciated 😊

When do you have lunch?

You're taking your adrenal supplements only one hour away from your thyroid hormone. That doesn't sound good. What's in them?

Why are you taking a B complex and Folate? Is there no folate in the B complex?

Thanks greygoose for your reply.

I have lunch about 12/12.30.

My Nutri Adrenal Extra is adrenal concentrate (with little or no hormones) & my Nutri Thyroid is thyroid concentrate & hormone free.

Could I perhaps take Adrenal supplement with Vits & mins? I know I can't take them after 1pm due to disturbing sleep.

I could also contact Nutri Advanced & see what they have to say.

My B complex has no folate but its due to run out so I'll get Thorne B range.

I really do appreciate your help, thanks again 🙂

Oh! So you're taking Nutri Thyroid. I didn't understand that. I thought you mean levo or something. Sorry. That's ok then. :)
