I doubt your high rT3 has anything to do with your dose of levo, because your FT4 isn't high enough. It could possibly be due to your low ferritin, though. In which case, changing to NDT won't have any effect on your rT3. You'll just have to wait and see if raising your ferritin brings your rT3 down. But, I wouldn't worry about it.
I hope that is the issue but I am afraid that my ferritin 74 is already high enough. Do you think that if i get it raising to 90 then the rt3 would lower? Or is it good now.
I have a question about conversion range hoping you can help with the math.
In my country we use:
0.22-0.54. Nmol/l. My was 0.33
So that is: 14.33- 35.16 ng/dl. 21.48 rt3
So I have to be 2 point above but its a different range you use. You have like 10_24 ng/dl. That would mean if I calculate that 12 is a good level, 2 points above it's 14%.
14% of my range is 0.26 nmol/l
14% of the other ng/dl is like 17.23 ng/dl
That would mean I am just a little high. Because it looks high 21 but you use other ranges and I am 14 in yours? I hope you can understand me. It difficult to explain. I hope compared it good? I use the end rt3 conversion model but I have difficulty with the 2 point above bottom comparing?? That could mean switching to ndt completely would help me?
