IMO, your FTs are too high, indicative of the dose being too high. How do you feel?

Your T4 is a little high but I am not sure why, sorry everything else looks fine. How do you feel how long have you been on your dose?

your RT3 is within range, but high. I would imagine that your dose it too high. what were your results with 100 mcg t4 only to compare?

Thank you Celestialbeing, Bunnyjean and cupofcha. Your helpful comments

have encouraged me look critically at these results and what I want to say to my endo when I see him in a couple of weeks.

Since starting T3, 8 weeks ago, I feel better than for several years: My energy levels and stamina are higher, thinking is sharper, and muscle aches have largely gone. My feet are no longer so cold in bed and I have had no further dizzy/fainting events.

My vitamins levels have improved. My Ferritin is a little high, possibly due to

slightly raised antibody activity. Either that or eating too much liver!

Blood pressure readings and resting pulse are all normal. But there are now no pulse readings in the 40s.

As I’ve aged I seem to have become a poor converter of T4 and it looks as though it results in excess RT3. This latest test shows the ratio of RT3 levels has halved since the previous bloods were taken in September. This has given me the confidence to reduce T4 to 75mcg from 100mcg.

I am so impressed with the interest and care taken by members of this forum.

Thank you, again for reading this. Best wishes for your health and wellbeing.
