Underactive thiroyd meds’ not working

My tsh is 0.4 and free t4 is 18.3. I still feel really ill. I am taking thyroxine 125mg. Any ideas about what to do. Vit D, b12, and cortisol levels all good.

I am just tying to get a picture of what’s been going on with my meds. I am now taking erfa it just puzzling as my tsh was excellent and my t4 was good.

Your question is confusing then as you say you're taking 125mcg Levo.

Why not just give Erfa time to work?

You haven't given FT3 result. If not tested you could ask Endo to do this, as you may be a poor converter.

Lower your t4.... increase your tsh to about 1-1.5

This will help conversion. Worked for me.

No i didnt. I have since lowered my t3 from 15 to 2.5

I now no longer believe in the t3 hype. It doesnt work. We were not made to have that much t3. The 2.5mcg cytomel keeps my reverse t3 from getting high which helps conversion.

There is no T3 hype. If you need it nothing else will do. T3 transforms lives ... but only for those that need it.
