Help re High Thyroid Antibodies but normal tests

I have been to the Dr's for Thyroid Checks - basically as experiencing some symptoms of Hypothyroidism: tiredness, shortness of breath, low resting heart rate, weight gain but on a diet/exercise daily, also have Vitiligo. GP stated that all my tests were normal. I therefore got a private test as the GP didnt test for antibodies , only TSH Levels. My results came back normal range for everything except my Thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb), which were 6 times the recommended range.

I re-visted my GP with the results and they contacted an Endocrinologist who said these tests were 'irrelevant' and it does not mean i have a thyroid problem. So I am now bring sent to a cardiologist to check re my low heart rate and shortness of breath symptoms.

I am not convinced that its a cardio issue as already had a full ECG which was fine, albeit a low resting heart rate.

Also feel disappointed that Endocrinologist thinks my high tgAb are irrelevant? surely its not normal for them to be this high?

Any suggestions what I do next?

Test results below:

Thyroid Function:

THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE 2.5 mIU/L 0.27 - 4.20

FREE THYROXINE 18.8 pmol/L 12.00 - 22.00

FREE T3 4.86 pmol/L 3.10 - 6.80

THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES 26.1 IU/mL 0.00 - 34.00

It's possible you might be right at the start of a fullblown thyroiditis attack. Your thyroid hormone levels haven't changed yet, because your pituitary is working a little harder to maintain the output from a possibly challenged thyroid gland (hence TSH rather high irange of 2.5). I would say followup in a couple of months or so's time to see if anything has changed for the worse. If a problem does occur it is far better to address it early than let it fester on to the detriment of future health.

Thanks. I do feel that my symptoms are more related to my thyroid especially as I already have another auto-immune condition already. Just frustrating that both GP and Endocrinologist are not happy to follow up this. I will do another test in a few months time and compare my results.
