Restoring my thyroid medication

Hello, can you please help me,

After taking a break of 5 weeks with my thyroid medication, I’m starting restoring.

I had a stroke, as I was on only T3 the doctors who couldn’t detect TSH, panic and ask me to interrupt the taking of any Thyroid medication, though T3 wasn’t the reason for the stroke, what I did because I did not want to debate T3 in a country (Spain) that only considers the TSH test. So I had my rest, rest to deal with the, at the moment, much more important, my values, after one week on 25 Eutirox T4 6,25 Tiromel T3, are as followed. No taking meds 24 hour before test. Of course I had to do the most test privately as the TSH, for my doctor, showed that I’m in perfect health.

Hormones:

TSH 0,80 pmol/l 80,35 - 4,89 pU/ml

FT3 4,72 pmol/l 3,50 - 6,50 pmol/l

FT4 15,45 nmol/l 10,30 - 24,50 pmol/l

Testosterone 10,28 nmol/l 3,00 – 27,35 nmol/l

Vitamins

Folic acid 3,65 V 3,10 – 20,53 ng/ml

Vitamin B12 1.164,18 ng/ml 187,25 – 884,67 ng/ml

Vitamin D (25-Hidroxi) 40,45 ng/ml 30,05 – 100,16 ng/ml

Metals / Traces

Zinc 50,52 µg/dl 69,93 – 120,26 µg/dl

Selene 85,19 µg/l 45,81 – 143,76 µg/l

Iodine in the serum 56,59 µg/l 45,00 – 100,00 µg/l

Magnesium 2,14 mg/dl 1,60 – 2,60 mg/dl

Calcium (urine) 0,17 mg/dl 6,70 – 21,30 mg/dl

Symptoms:

Tiredness, rough skin, hair loss, bad memory, cognitive problems are the most important at the moment, I know that they will vanish when I'm on a good level of thyroid meds witch I presume will be by 100 T4 and 25 T3. Will take a wile to get there.
