L Glutamine
Hi everyone, could anyone advice me on L
Glutamine
, I have Intestinal Metaplasia and I don't know if I should take it. I have read it supports the stomach lining but I am concerned that this would only help a 'normal stomach' and I may do more harm than good. Thanks

Are Functional Motor Symptoms Influenced by Glutamate and Glutamine Fluctuations?
I was reading an old post and someone commented about this, so naturally I asked the question and found this study: https://www.neurologylive.com/view/functional-motor-symptoms-influenced-glutamate-
glutamine
-fluctuations Interesting reading and saying that the "functional movements" are down to biology

confused about supplements and certain foods
I take creatine would like to add bcaa/lucene and
glutamine
. Any issues here? Also I tend to consume a reasonable amount of Greek yogurt, mostly low-fat, and I add feta cheese to my salads and vegetables for lunch. Is dairy an issue?

Supplement Guidance
Now my nutritionist wants me to start taking Slippery Elm and
Glutamine
3 x a day but if have found that she has prescribed quite a lot that doesn’t agree with me. Originally it was 7 different things but 2 didn’t agree with me and are just sat in the cupboard and they weren’t cheap!

Glutamine and RLS Does anyone have any info please?
Now they said to take
Glutamine
for the neuropathy and it did help but low and behold the RLS came back. I read a little bit that it might be from the
Glutamine
? And possibly NAC - N acetyl cysteine might help? Does anyone have any experience with either
Glutamine
or NAC?

Targeting Glutamine Metabolism
As a building block of protein, one would need to avoid fully-formed protein when attempting a
glutamine
-restrictive diet, but it is plentiful in other foods too [3]: The following are the percentages of protein made up of L-
glutamine
in each high-
glutamine
food: Eggs: 4.4% (0.6 g per 100 g of eggs

RLS amino acids
I take
Glutamine
, Ornithine and Lyseine. If anyone tries this please let me know how it goes. I have never heard of anyone else using it for restless legs and I can't remember what I was taking it for. I would be really happy if it helped someone else. Tricia C

If I take L-
Glutamine
my joints don't hurt, my energy is up, I sleep peacefully all night (with usual pee breaks). How can it be bad for me if it makes me feel so well?

Up's and down's with anxiety issues and trying to find a better way
I know there are many supplements out there as stand alone ones such as Gaba, Tryptophan,
Glutamine
,etc. And many others that contain a variety of different supplements combined.

Anxiety/depersonalization triggered by L-Glutamine?
So, the episode started three weeks ago, around 1 hour after taking l-
glutamine
. Had taken it for two (one month on, one month off, then one month on again until I felt like this) months (1g per training day, didn’t take over the weekends).

Fungus used in Chinese medicine improves sleep in rodents (and also impacts glutamine/glutamate)
This study showed that GRAE may prolong the sleep time of mice by reducing the accumulation of L-
glutamine
and deepens our understanding of the regulatory network between certain genes and L-
glutamine

Let's change the way we're treated by adding metabolic therapy to SOC
Some drugs need to be used to address
glutamine
and the protocol they work on need to be performed in a proper clinical setting. Unless its widely recognized as SOC this won't happen. He speaks of some patients going to Turkey even to get treated in this way.

When getting Eligard shots after prostatectomy and radiation it was holding PSA level down. It also turned my thoughts angry and disgruntled. Doctor Larock from Mattapoisett is treating me with Flutamide and Bicalutimide 1 pill day each. Thanks Jesus I can write this and feel pretty good for 75. Eligard
