TSH 3.05 indicates thyroid is struggling and Free thyroxine (FT4) is low in range but NHS won't diagnose hypothyroidism until TSH is over 4.20 or whatever the top of range used by the practice, or FT4 is below range.
Thyroglobulin antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
Did you do your blood test first thing in the morning? TSH varies thoughout the day and is highest in the early hours, so if you want to get a high TSH level to impress the doctors and possibly get treated for hypothyroidism you should have a test done as early as possible in the morning, and don't have breakfast or drink anything except water until after the blood test.
