First post so some background info., diagnosed hypo 7 years ago, and dosage of Levo was maintained at 50mg until last year when I was put on extra 25 mg for 5 days. The extra 25 caused problems, allergies and shortness of breath. I have an artificial aortic heart valve so lifelong warfarin user. In April of this year my Endo agreed to try ndt so I am currently taking half a grain of Armour daily. Feel ok on this with just spells of tiredness in evening. Results of blood tests are:
March 2017 - T4 11.0 (8.3-15.6) TSH 1.54 (0.38-5.33) Vit b12 635 (122-626) Ferritin 40 (11-307)
July 2017 - T4 8 (8.3-15.6) Free T3 4.2 (3.8-6) TSH 9.15 (0.38-5.33) B12 484 (122-626) Folate 14.1 (3.1-19.9) Ferritin 51 (11-307) TPO abs 70.4 <60 Vit D 57 (50-125)
I am due to see Endo next week so it would be great to have some input, many thanks.

TSH of 9.15 is obviously far too high, so you are definitely ready for an increase.
Vitamin D is a bit low, so make sure you are out in sun through rest of summer, retest that in autumn and probably supplement at 1000-2000iu through winter - retest after 2 months to see
Vitamindtest.org.uk - postal vitamin D spot test - £28 via NHS test service
Your TPO antibodies are raised so you have Hashimoto's. A great many of us find gluten free diet really reduces symptoms and may slowly lower antibodies
Hashimoto's affects the gut, or leaky gut leads to Hashimoto's - either way improving gut is good idea. Read as much as possible about Hashimoto's & leaky gut too
The Thyroid Pharmacist website for masses of info about Hashimoto's, also Amy Myers and Chris Kresser
Don't expect endo to be aware of gut and gluten or low vitamins connections to Hashimoto's. Majority are just not interested in treating the root cause.
On warfarin, I think you need to avoid vitamin K (often recommended to take along side vitamin D....but NOT in your case)
