How long do we leave between blood tests once levels are within range on NDT

Iron 20.65 nmo/L (6.60 - 26.00)

TIBC 71.05 umo/L (41 - 77)

Transferritn Sat 29.06% (20 - 55)

Ferritin 196.2 ug/L (13 - 150)

Tested 4/ 2017

B12 484pg/L

Folate 12.4ng/ Vit D 156 nmo/L

I believe a yearly test is usual. Your B12 is on the low side and the aim should be towards the upper part of the range, i.e. 900 - 1,000 to prevent neurological damage.
