It's premature to test a few days after starting Levothyroxine. Best to wait 6-8 weeks.
Did you take Levothyroxine before your blood draw? FT4 is surprisingly high in range considering TSH is top of range. FT3 is good but that may be due to high TSH stimulating conversion and production of T3.
Thyroid antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's).
VitD is adequate but is likely to drop during the winter. I would supplement 2,500iu daily to maintain levels until April when ultraviolet light is strong enough to stimulate natural vitD.

The reason I retested my bloods was because the original blood test I had was late in afternoon about 3.45 pm and I was told that tsh is at its highest in the morning so I wanted to get a more accurate result.
I did not take levo for 24 hours prior and did not take levo until after the blood draw.
But TSH will be different because you have been taking Levothyroxine even though it's a tiny dose. Strange how FT4 has risen so much since your previous test a few days ago though.
