blood test result currently on 2 grain of nature throid since July 2016

Current symptoms tiredness, dizziness, shakiness , general weakness , insomnia, brain fog . Had 24 saliva cortisol very high in the morning , normal result in the day and evening . Currently on Zoladex treatment and HRT for endometriosis Any advise how to lower antibodies. I follow gluten wheat free diet taking selenium 200 daily. was thinking to switch back to Levothyroxine and adding T3 .

You could increase dose to raise FT3 which may help relieve your fatigue and other symptoms. You could increase by half a grain at 2 week intervals until you are taking 3 grains. Hold at 3 grains and retest FT3 after 6-8 weeks before increasing further.

Raising FT3 will also lower TSH and without TSH stimulating the thyroid gland antibodies will probably go down.
