Your TSH is too high. Most people are comfortable when it's just above or just below 1. Your FT4 and FT3 will ideally be in the top 75% of range. Medicating to bring down your TSH will also raise your FT4 and enable better conversion to FT3.

Your vitamins look good to me.

Can I just ask when you say TSH is best just above or below 1 do you mean when on meds or before diagnosed as mine is 3 the endo said this was fine and needs no meds

Most people won't be aware of their personal TSH before they're unwell but 1 seems to suit most when they decrease their TSH from higher levels with meds. Your endo is a brute. A lot of people can barely move when their TSH is 3 and end up self medicating.

Yes, all true. I was dying at 3.47 (could barely move), ended up self-medicating

Endo has increased dosage to 100 , but says my symptoms may be due to something else...I think new dosage may do the trick and help my immune system to recover as I always have a cough or cold.... Vitamins to the max

What a plonker! Why does he think symptoms are something else and increase your meds anyway? Do you take vitC? 1000mg should be useful and aids absorption of meds and other supplements.
