Does anyone with CLL is taking SUPPLEMENTS like ZINC?
Hello, I've heard that
ZINC
could be helpful - but my oncologist doesn't know about supplements, bless his heart, he know a lot about conventional medicine! If anyone has a good NATUROPATH cognizant with CLL and has had good results or experience with supplements, please share. THANK YOU 😊🙏🏼💖

Is an early morning blood test on an empty stomach just for a higher TSH?
I've stopped vit D,
zinc
and magnesium too just in case. Also is the advice 'empty stomach early in the morning for the blood test' just to get a higher TSH? If so, and as my TSH is always less than 0.01, is it alright to have a tea or coffee beforehand? Or will the coffee affect the result?

Dairy free diet, it has helped stop rls at night
I do take pregabalin 75mg and amitriptaline 10mg pluse vitamins D,C,B12 complex and
zinc
plus magnesium at night which all help a little but did not help solely by themselves until I went dairy free.

Are you worried about purity of supplements
For instance, if
zinc
and copper are not balanced properly, it could be worse than having no
zinc
or no copper in the supplement at all. Similarly, if you take
zinc
or copper separately, you can imbalance the body and create serious problems.

Vitamin K2 and hypothyroidism
The only change I have made is that I have started to take K2 along with my usual supplements of vitamin C and
zinc
, D3, ferritin, B12 and selenium. I’ve been well for months since starting T3 along with a slightly reduced dose of levo. No bloods of late due to being unable to speak to the docs.

Tricky Thyroid Patient! Advice please.
With regards to vitamins, I currently take D3 and K2 Better You spray and Selenium with
Zinc
. I was taking combined B vits with Magnesium and Vit C but then read on here not to take Vit C with Magnesium so when I finished them I didn't replace.

Thyroid results on combo T4/T3 (please, help)
I've been taking all recommended supplements (selen, E vit, D vit, iron, C vit, B12, Mg, omega-3,
zinc
+copper, probiotics, digestive enzymes) + metformin for my "hypoglycemia with hyperinsulinemia". I would really appreciate it if you could share your opinion on this. Any advice would be helpful.
