Recomendations for zinc supplements....
I know my TSH and T4 they show that I am not using enough T4 ( levothyroxine) they now finally have prescribed me T3.... but just more interested in knowing what kind brand of
zinc
you are using and works for you. Boot recommended the
zinc
and vit.c from boots brand.

Low Zinc
My
zinc
is low. I don't absorb it through my stomach. MY GP has offered NOTHING. Says I'm her only patient with this problem.
Zinc
patches are available online. WHY DOESN'T NHS OFFER THESE! My fury cannot be measured.

This protocol works for me
I'll continue the Clioquinol +50mg
zinc
, 1000mg myomin, 5mg copper, 500mg quercetin 7/7 and 20mg Ivermectin 5/7 until Nag count gets to .5. NAGALASE is an enzyme produced by cancer cells to neutralize the immune system.

Iron plus zinc better for iron deficiency anemia
reading about
zinc
I came across the following article. I mean it focuses on chronic kidney desease but I found this gem of info stating that
zinc
combined with iron is better than iron alone. Now I'm not iron deficient. But I thought this might be interesting for those who are.

Zicam post kidney transplant
I was told a while back that
zinc
in a multivitamin was fine. But, most of the Zicam products now I’ve come across are homeopathic ingredients, not just
zinc
. Looking into for cold.

Sun protection. Mineral sun lotion on a budget
Mineral sunscreens contain titanium dioxide or
zinc
oxide. I need to buy some but I can only find expensive brands. Has anyone found any budget brands? I use a lot of sunscreen as I need to be outside as much as I can be.

Pregnacare
I'm looking to add magnesium &
zinc
into my supplement library. Pregnacare looks like it has very low doses of everything anyway. Can someone recommend a folic acid that I should take? I'm thinking of just taking everything I need individually to save me buying them as well.

Any recommendations for companies that sell zinc and copper tests?
Last year I did a Blue Horizon which included
zinc
and copper. I need to re test as these were off but BH no longer provides this test.

Eye Supplement Concern
Twice a day ingredients: C = 250 mg, E = 90 mg,
zinc
= 40 mg, copper = 1 mg, Lutein = 5 mg. Except Lutein, all the others are triple digit multiples of recommended daily intake for just 1 dose. One dose
Zinc
at 364% and copper at 111% and E at 600% scared me.

Levo and other meds?
I've been advised to take selenium and
zinc
to help conversion due to adrenal dysfunction, should this be taken with Levo, or should i wait and take it with other supplements after lunch? 2. I usually take dihydrocodeine first thing in the morning for joint pain, when should I be taking this?

Help with iron blood test results
At the moment I'm taking vitamin D3/K2 (vit D was 47), I'm also taking selenium and
zinc
to try to improve conversion from ft4 to ft3. I would be grateful for advice about my iron levels and if I should start taking any supplements. Thank you for any help you can give me, Sabrina x

Help Please! How Do I Fit 2 Doses Of NDT & Vitamin Supplements + Iron In My Day Without Negative Interactions?
I don't know the best way to take all this stuff as Iron affects other Vits and thyroid meds if taken too closely together: Thyroid S x 2 doses ; B complex ; Osteocare (D3,
Zinc
, Boron, Magnesium, Calcium) ; Iron/C liquid Sachet.
