I take t4/t3 in morning 6am and t3 afternoon 12noon and tea time 5pm.I also supplement vit d3 with magnesium glycinate at bedtime 11pm

I'm going to start high strength vit c with zinc but am unsure spacing between t3, does anyone know how long after taking t3 I can take vit c/zinc?

Hello, I think the usual time left between magnesium etc and T4 is 4 hours. It might be that T3 doesn’t need as much time & it might be that zinc is not such a problem as magnesium but I would play safe & leave as long as possible. Vit C helps absorption. Do you know you’re short of zinc? There’s something about a balance needed between zinc & copper & I believe hypos are usually short of copper. Maybe Google?

No,not sure what my zinc levels are is there a blood test to test mineral levels? Zinc is included in my high strength vit c tablets. Yes,I'll Google it thanks

Probably not a very high level of zinc then. Probably fine but you might like to read around the zinc/copper balance thing so you know more. I should take more but I hate the taste. I think I’ve read that if you can taste zinc then you’re deficient. I’ve had it tested by a functional doctor but I don’t know if it’s easy to test elsewhere.
