Ferritin Serum Ferrtin * 23 ng/mL (30 - 337) Further to our clinic consultation, your zinc level is at 8.7mo/L. Normal level is between 9.8 up to 17.9 mo/L.

Recomendations for zinc supplements make as I already follow your advise for other. I was just 3 days without taking B12. As didn't expected to take blood samples while on an endocrinologist appointment.... I know my TSH and T4 they show that I am not using enough T4 ( levothyroxine) they now finally have prescribed me T3.... but just more interested in knowing what kind brand of zinc you are using and works for you. Boot recommended the zinc and vit.c from boots brand. But that one is Zinc oxide. .... the doctors prescribed me ferrous tablets. I JUST which not need to take anything get from food everything.... but not getting realistic the right amout of all that I need. I can see that probably going gluten and lactose free products is starting loaring down my TSH. And can now power point the lack of concentration with zinc deficiency as the same my vision issues, also think at this point I am more sure about my theory that the T4 was converting in Reverse T3. I am experiment in myself trying to reverse my hypothyroidism/ hashimoto.

Surprised that hat she agreed to test it, as asked before and never done it.

Just would like to know a good supplement brand that has all I need, and it works..

Thank you for your help and advice

I really appreciate.
