Brewer's / nutritional yeast without inactive b12 analogues?
Hello, I’ve noticed that whenever I eat brewer’s yeast (flakes), my deficiency symptoms re-appear and the injections don’t work anymore. Hello everyone, Wondered if I could ask for feedback from my very expensive blood test results, done out of desperation as I continue to remain overweight, despite moderate to poor appetite and low intake due to still undiagnosed stomach problems for which I have gone for every test. GP are saying chronic

Anyone know why my antibodies have gone up since being gluten free?!
I've just had a blood test and am puzzled by the results. Since my GP is not interested in helping because I'm on NDT I'd love some help from you thyroid brains as to what I should do with my medication. My last blood test was in Feb 2017 (- a basic one with FT3) Last full one was June 2016 before

Rib pain
Oh Lordy, my ribs are painful. Fed up with this blasted illness. Am on 10 mg now and Dr H wants me to stay on that until the end of Jan so going to have to grit my teeth and bear it. Hot pads, Epsom salts and as much rest as is possible at this time of year. Hey ho. Happy Christmas to you all! Xx

Tired legs that feel as if made of lead and a sense of collapsing.
Hi, diagnosed as hypothyroid nearly 3 years ago. I'm on 75mg of levothyroxine and taking ferrous sulphate as low on iron in my last blood test. My question is if anyone else has this symptom: legs that feel as if made of lead and a feeling of collapsing. What do people recommend to solve or improve

What Vitamin products does everyone here recommend? Is there a good quality targeted Thyroid vitamin complex or is it a case of choosing B-complex, D, Selenium and Zinc individually? Thank you

Can I really need this much medication? Can I add more?!
Hi all. So I’ve taken 150 levothyroxine for 9 years. My most recent results on that were: TSH – 1.74 (0.27 – 4.20), FT4 – 19.89 (12-22), FT3 – 3.73 (3.1-6.8). Lots of symptoms. So 7 months ago I started adding T3, gradually and also gradually reduced my levo. I’ve had quite a few blood tests between
