I'm so desperate as I'm currently housebound due to low cortisol, Iron, Vitamin D and Zinc. I would love some support to get me out of this pickle! I don't really

NDT should I increase dose or wait?
Hi Happy New Year to all and thank you to everyone on this site who have given their time selflessly to help people, like me, who are struggling to understand their condition. I am now on NDT and feel a lot better than a year ago. I've now managed to increase my Naturethroid to 2 grains taken x3 through

Hello everyone, Wondered if I could ask for feedback from my very expensive blood test results, done out of desperation as I continue to remain overweight, despite moderate to poor appetite and low intake due to still undiagnosed stomach problems for which I have gone for every test. I've just had a blood test and am puzzled by the results. Since my GP is not interested in helping because I'm on NDT I'd love some help from you thyroid brains as to what I should do with my medication. My last blood test was in Feb 2017 (- a basic one with FT3) Last full one was June 2016 before

What Vitamin products does everyone here recommend? Is there a good quality targeted Thyroid vitamin complex or is it a case of choosing B-complex, D, Selenium and Zinc individually? Thank you
