5 weeks after foot surgery
I was told that I couldn’t have the steroid as it would prevent
wounds
from healing 🙁. I’ve been 7 weeks off my Abatacept now & really hurting everywhere now. Just wondering how others have coped. Im seeing the Consultant next week & hoping the pins can come out shortly.

ADHD Stages
Healing all our past emotional
wounds
with this new self-awareness, replacing negative thoughts with positive ones and building our self-esteem. One cannot reach this stage if they don't go through the previous ones. So every stage in this journey is so worth it.

Had circumcision, the “important stitch” popped (Dorsal slit).
Got a circumcision From day 2 after taking the wrap off I noticed a small open wound created by one of the sutures leading into the prepuce near the corona. as well as sutures with strange knot formations with smaller less noticeable
wounds

Update after hysterectomy for adenomyosis
On day 7 (today) I took the four dressings off to find neat little cross shape
wounds
that are healing cleanly and can now be left open until my stitches are removed in another week. Again mild discomfort, no pain. My least favourite thing is injecting the anticoagulant each night.

Ablation wound
Just trying to pick some brains.I've read the ablation fact sheet and see that its perfectly normal to have a bruise and lump at the puncture site. I just wondered for those of you who have had ablation and noticed the small lump, how long did it stay there?. Thanks in advance

Confused
Since last October I have had five courses of Anti Biotics, relating to Chest and Viral Infections, and operation
wounds
. I have also had periodic bad sweats cold and hot, which I am told could be related to Infections.

Reflections on a 10 day vipassana silent meditation residential
Given meditation helps blossom our self-awareness and compassion, it can help considerably in healing psychic
wounds
and the debris of traumatic scarring. I know myself this to be true. As ever, be in the willingness to launch your own research assignments, in all the many forms that can come.

No self worth
Re-opening the

and rubbing salt in it. I thought about breaking up with him, or making him angry enough to break up with me, and killing myself. I had a plan and everything. But once again he got through to me and kept me alive another day. But this has repeated a few times this week.

Fall a week ago
Hi everyone. I really need to tell you all this little story. Less than a month ago I organised a personal alarm, and fall detector. Hadn't had a fall since childhood, but walking being what it is (non existent almost), I thought it would be wise. So then last Friday I was coming back into my

How to improve your blood pressure
A lot of
wounds
are being deeply activated in the collective at the moment. So dance more. Care about what others think, way less. What feels pressured, remove yourself, the best you can, from it. Notice too the inner narratives. Kidneys regulate blood pressure profoundly.
