Had my nasal surgery, septoplasty, fess and cit. Very tired now prob due to the anaesthetic, I slept on and off but very blocked so my throat is so sore. Hi, I am 11 days post op. My incision wound looks like this. Is this how it should look? No smell or pain. I have had it covered up until now (have changed the dressing a few times). Do I keep it covered or leave it open from now on? What do I do? Do I clean it? When will it look normal? Thanks :)

I know that time can ease wounds. My mental state has been this way for ten years. Before that I was on a gradual decline to the position I am now in. My whole life has been one long decline into the depths. When I was a teenager I tried my best to live fast and die young but it didn't work.

I went to my psychiatrist and told him how much better I feel now that I’m OFF medication. He looked at me puzzled and told me that that is very rare and he doesn’t hear that often, but it’s great.
