Headache/anxity

Have this headache over a week it was so bad i thought my head was gona bust! Ni its just a sore head but annoying! How do i get rid of it? No pain relief will take it away

I have had the same thing thus is my 2nd week of it. I am sure it's just tension. I just got back from the neurologist today for mine....

Mine seems to come every 4 weeks :/ & lasts a week then ive a headache i cant get rid off. Ive had 1 day where it wen away. I hope u get sorted also x

Yes i was taken panic attacks but they are goin away ive anxity im on 20 fluoxetine x

I had this I think it was due to anxiety iv been getting it bad lately my headaches wer every day for about a week then I keep getting cheast pain which I always get due to anxiety 😥

I bet it is 😥was me to it could be a cold ur coming down with I no there is a lot of bugs going around the only way mine would ease of is if I layed down hope ur feeling better soon x

Yes mine dies off abit wen im lying down but next morning its ther again cant shift it at all x

Must be so horrible for you i couldn’t shift mine but iv had such a stressful few months and I put every headache pain or what ever else iv been feeling down to stress and anxiety our minds can be our worst nightmare at times x
