I’ve been quite unwell with a nasty virus, temperature, coughing and body aches. I had a week long course of antibiotics which cleared up the laparoscopic wound infection to my belly button. Unfortunately, I’ve had some pain in it the last few days and when I woke up this morning to check it there’s an area with sloughy yellow exudate to it. Anyone else has issues with healing? I feel I’ve been more than cautious with cleanliness and overall well-being following recovery

I had the help of a really good medical herbalist for my last laparoscopy, she gave me a bottle of Myrrh to dab on the wound, its apparently the best anti infection herb that there is, as the Wisemen would have known when visiting Mary after Jesus birth. I've used it for many things since, its brilliant stuff, dilute it according to the instructions on the bottle, or use it neat- it may sting; Indigo Herbs probably sell it or any good herbal supplies. Sadly I had massive infection problems after my previous laparoscopy which left me with M.E. and many other problems. I hope you get well soon.
