Greetings All Good News: thanks to the many of you responded to my recent Post about transient Dizziness and offered various thoughts about the cause, including BPV (Benign Positional Vertigo), I'm delighted to say that you were RIGHT! :-). But just to check things out with a Medic (as is always wise

Major Hip Pain .
I stopped Xeljanz on Friday. The major headaches stopped right away however now I find myself unable to stand or walk. I restarted Xeljanz this morning but have ultrasound tomorrow in Vancouver. I am hoping the pain resolved itself tonight.

Redicalm
Hi...anyone come across Redicalm supplement for anxiety. It contains Ashwagandha, Passion Flower, L-Theanine, Lemom Balm and 5 HTP. Anyone know if this is okay to take with Thyroid meds? I seem to remember reading that Asgwaganda was not a good idea. Thanks xx

Hi everyone, My Tinnitus noises reduced a lot since three weeks. I have started using Super Ubiquinol 100 mg. It is not completely gone, but the Ubiquinol gives me a HUGE relief. I can cope with it now. I have read that it's important to use ubiquiNOL and not ubiquiNON. I wish everyone around here a

A day I will never forget
I hope no one minds me posting this link but I am amazingly proud of my Daughter Rhoslyn who graduated this week with first class honours. She has battled anorexia nervosa for a number of years and was in an eating disorders unit when I was diagnosed in 2016. She came out of hospital and accompanied

Hello everyone, thank you for the ongoing support all of you provide for us all here on the forum. Just got back from the OHSU in Portland Oregon. The specialists have tossed Chorea onto the table with the APS diagnosis. Searching for information so I may learn how to navigate properly through this

Occupational therapy appointment and PIP question
I have been thinking about putting in an application for PIP for support with difficulties caused by SLE/Raynauds's/back and leg issues. I am currently self employed but am failing to function well enough to earn anywhere near what I need to be bringing in to pay my share of the bills. I'm struggling

If anyone has read my posts before , they will know that my mom had an accident , C2 fracture - and an NG tube down her throat for 4 months- that complete;y changed the physiology and the psychology of her eating . - Before the accident less than a year ago, swallowing food was never an issue . .

Body not picking-up on tablets
Hi. This is my first post. I have a problem with Receptors, resulting in depression tablets being totally ineffective. Is this due to my 23yrs of diagnosed ataxia? None of the tablets work, even a little. Even Ativan has no effect whatever. I just wonder if it's Ataxia related and if it's the same with

Hi anyone tryed a vibroplate?
Im wondering if a vibro plate will help keep muscle tone, anyone got one? I’m scared of making my pain worse. Got shin splints at the moment, its one of the worst things ever and as normal nothing triggered it off.

Has anyone tried home remedies to help with IBS-C..such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Blackstrap Mollasses, etc? Anything better than Laxatives?
So tired of medication that doesn't work. Can't be on toilet all day cramping because I have mandatory groups. Tired of Linzess and loose stools. Fiber does nothing. Have gone to every Doctor and Gastro..just had Upper GI, and lower Bowel Follow through with Barium Swallow. Everything fine. Colonoscopy

Hospital docs reading notes after I've left!!!
Went for routine rheumatology appointment a few weeks ago. The doc dropped something on the floor as I walked in. She went down on hands and knees to pick it up but was down there for a few minuets to the point I asked if I should help, no she replied. I'm not used to doctors waving their bums at me
