Hi all,

I had a mannitol challenge but didn't react the consultant said this would prove I had asthma, because I didn't react does that mean i don't have asthma?

What else could it be?

I'm 32 and was diagnosed with asthma as a baby (9 months old)

Hi stone,

That was the mannitol test I did, i have been doing spiromotery and will probably have done peak flow when I was a kid (some 20-30 years ago)... but I was diagnosed asthmatic at 9 months old but not sure how (symptoms reduction with ventolin I would imagine)
