Taurine?

Im 43 male. I have 3 decades malabsorption from beers and pizza. My nerves pins needles, MS Hug, peripheral hands feet. Six months into b complex vitamins most symptoms went away. Found Jarrow Magnesium Taurine supplement. After a week i baught 1,000 mg taurine. My MS Hug vanished and i feel calm and sleep better.

Does anyone recomend daily grams of Taurine?

Don’t know much about taurine except Red Bull put it in their drink and that gives you wiiings. I know it does not stop hand overs when mixed with vodka.

I say if it works and it’s safe go for it!
