I think I’m finding it useful too cause I was only diagnosed 4 months ago so this is the first help I’ve had (apart from on here and own research). This week we learnt

Help with MMA and Cysteine test results
I've posted a couple of times and I'm trying to make sense of what's going on. Total B12 was in the 'normal range' when I was tested earlier in the year but I was fortunate in that the neurologist ordered an MMA test back at the beginning of May, again in June and then July. The July test result has

About every 3 months I get very severe emotional symptoms relating to my cycle.. used to get this 2 weeks out of every month. Along with all the pain/discomfort I feel regularly (and having 3 kids) I get to the point I feel like I’m having a break down. I take things very personally and end up having

Explanation of why levo & NDT don't work?
I'm looking for an article and/or video on this subject to assist a person with this problem. Some people (I am one of them) who have gut disorders, deep nutritional deficiencies, and other conditions, cannot respond well to levo or NDT initially; these patients need work on other problems first. Major Hip Pain .
I stopped Xeljanz on Friday. The major headaches stopped right away however now I find myself unable to stand or walk. I restarted Xeljanz this morning but have ultrasound tomorrow in Vancouver. I am hoping the pain resolved itself tonight.

Hi everyone, My Tinnitus noises reduced a lot since three weeks. I have started using Super Ubiquinol 100 mg. It is not completely gone, but the Ubiquinol gives me a HUGE relief. I can cope with it now. I have read that it's important to use ubiquiNOL and not ubiquiNON. I wish everyone around here a

A day I will never forget
I hope no one minds me posting this link but I am amazingly proud of my Daughter Rhoslyn who graduated this week with first class honours. Mannitol challenge
Hi all, I had a mannitol challenge but didn't react the consultant said this would prove I had asthma, because I didn't react does that mean i don't have asthma? What else could it be? I'm 32 and was diagnosed with asthma as a baby (9 months old)

Occupational therapy appointment and PIP question
I have been thinking about putting in an application for PIP for support with difficulties caused by SLE/Raynauds's/back and leg issues.
