I have had abdominoplasty and am looking for some feedback on my other areas on my body... specifically chest, back and thighs. I would love to chat with someone around my age “ish” who has some knowledge, insight or personal

Eye light therapy, does it help for dry eyes, blinking a lot, meibomian gland dysfunction? Please reply and give me some info about this treatment if possible. Millions of people are suffering, there must be something that can help us. I tried this already: Fish oil-flaxeed All eyedrops and gels. Honey

start and so he said we won’t bother and will eat at home so I can eat my own food, but I really don’t want to do that (although it was sweet of him to offer).

The need for biochemical testing for adrenal insufficiency and has anybody had liraglutide injections ?
He says these will have the advantages of provoking insulin release to improve my diabetes control but will also contribute to
weight
loss
. Upon googling liraglutide I discover this is marketed as the ‘skinny jab’ https://www.healthierweight.co.uk/facts-about-the-skinny-jab/.

Another B1 thread
Howdy everyone, I'm sorry if this has been previously brought up but, when you started taking B1 as a therapy... what were your first symptoms to regress or back off, and what time frame did you start to notice improvements? I'll start , been on it for circa 3 weeks now, 3000 mg per day and just this

Obesity appetite suppressing drug Semaglutide could be a game changer in weight loss!
Hi everyone, I've been reading the news today about semaglutide. As a study has found that a weekly injection of semaglutide helped those in the trial of around 2000 to lose an average of 15Kg in 15 months and this is a fantastic game changer. Here's an extract from Jan who lost 4 stone in the trial

someone knows about this bioeletrical nano treatment for neurological desease ----https://www.taopatch.co/pages/taopatch-help-center
Taopatch was created by Italian bioengineer Fabio Fontana. Fabio spent a decade studying the disruptive effects of electromagnetic pollution on our health. Nine years ago, he had a life threatening accident and suddenly found himself dealing with constant headaches, restricted movement and chronic pain

B12 and shoulder pain
Back to the shoulder so I have been looking up b12 deficiency I can tick a few of the symptoms on the NHS website (except the
weight
loss
) My doctor’s advice was to stop paying out so much money for my VitD, probiotics, iron and zinc and to save my money and go on holiday.

Sleeping more with levo, is this right?
I take my tablet early morning, around 6-ish when I wake up, its too early to get up these dark, cold mornings so I go back to bed, but then sleep until 9.30/10.30!!! I'm sleeping around 11/12 hours - Is this a 'normal' side effect? I don't sleep in the day and must admit am starting to have more energy

I've lost all hope.
I was involved in a
weight
loss
program and the hormone specialist said....you have endometriosis. Until you have it properly diagnosed and a treatment plan I can't put you forth for any form of exercise. It shouldn't take long though as it is quite obvious that is what is wrong.
