Hi, I've tried most everything to l Iose weight since I lymphoedema in both lower legs in 2017, watching the Carbs I eat down gym for 1 year 3 time's per week until beginning of January where I had muscle nerve Spasm in back that I put down to weights, I started mounjaro January 14th 2.5mg for 1 month and finished 5mg yesterday 16th March 2025 so up to 7.5mg in 6 days time, I am now ready to exercise again I think as nerve spasms have subsided and I put volterol gel on area's of back, I'm trying to lose weight at my highest 153 kgs and 6ft 1" in height but usually around 147kg all last year but this morning 144kg my first goal is to get under 140 kg and target weight 120 kg so a group to join would be great daily diary or weekly any would be beneficial I'm all in like going down the gym all last year and Not losing hardly anything, so hoping mounjaro some exercise and watching my diet to which this injection is suppressing my eating, so I'm hoping to have any assistance and best group. Thanks for reading.

No I'm not having any side effects after 2 months, but I like water and even in winter will sip throughout day not loads, I've had the odd dry mouth which I'm not sure is mounjaro but when I sip and gargle it's gone, but that's rare and not sure it as anything to do with the weight loss injection, no headache, no cramping in stomach absolutely none what so ever else I would stop straight away, I'll keep updating my journey on here with 6 month review and at 15mg as I aim to go for 1 year the assess if weight as been lost, It does definitely suppress appetite more so at certain time's, we all different so weight loss can plateau although still not eating much, this phase passes. I haven't done any gym or exercise and still down to 144 kgs so Yes Mounjaro does work. If you do start with my code AAP56M Put this in when you order with Medexpress and you'll get £40 off and I receive the same in credit off my next monthly dose 7.5mg. Every little helps along the way on our journey 👍
