I have a set of weighing scales that link to a phone app and logs your weight. I haven’t bothered with the app once the novelty wore off until today.
I had my phone nearby so thought I’d give it a go. Well…
… January last year I was 66.9 kgs today I was 64.4 kgs. 😎
It’s been so slow that I hadn’t really noticed, my winter clothes were a little more forgiving than previously and I knew I’d lost some weight but didn’t realise it was over 2kgs.
It may not seem much to some but I do feel that my thyroid medication has been kicking in slowly and steadily over time and I wanted to share knowing only too well how miserable and soul destroying it feels not to be able to shed the extra weight regardless.
Hope this helps just a little. 🥰
Ps. I’m not on any diet and have the occasional guilt free treat although I’m not a big snacker.
