Trialing NDT, should I stop Levo for a while first?
I'm about to trial NDT but currently take Levothyroxine. Just wondered what experiences others have had with switching over and if I should consider taking a short break from all meds inbetween. I also take a combination of supplements: Selenium, Vit E, ashwaghanda/astragalus and agnus castus in AM

I am 65 carrying diabetic since last 18 years. Recently I have switched over to 'bedtime' insulin which is not giving good results
Earlier I was taking my Lantus insulin 20 units shot at morning before breakfast, and now same quantity at bedtime. My fasting sugar level was around 125 earlier which is around 160 now after present bedtime insulin administration. Can anybody through light on present worldwide accepted bedtime insurance

Ladies, I want to share this gift with you!
Now we all know nothing we can do can completely stop our pain but there are a few things that can help. I have been using castor oil packs for a few years now, my mum uses them for PCOS too, and they really help! I will link you all to a detailed page about it but basically you get a cloth and soak
