Before the test I followed protocol, no medication before, no b
vitamins
for week before etc. I am pleased that my ferritin has improved but unsure about T3 levels?

Bloods taken
I had asked for
vitamins
checked TSH , Free T 3 and 4. I was told that the T3 and T4 had not been asked for and I said I’d even written to the dr asking for those to be added. Vit D also wasn’t asked for even though I’d asked for that too.

On Thyroxine - 8 weeks bloods shows TSH has dropped but still feel dreadful.
Should I book an apt with the GP to request thyroxine dose increase as still feel dreadful, or try the
vitamins
first and then seek thyroxine dose increase if I still feel dreadful?

Advice on recent Bloods please
I am hoping that supplementing with
vitamins
will help . But I am looking for advice to be specific with supplementing and to choose the best products. I am on no other medication, eat a healthy varied diet (mainly vegetarian and avoid processed foods).

Update again again again!
I don't have any
vitamins
as this was an NHS test, however, I am keeping my finger crossed that we are also getting somewhere on that also, although I have been supplementing iron tablets (away from the Levo), I don't think they are effective.

1st appointment after finding out you are pregnant
Should I be taking specific
vitamins
in addition to folic acid and Vitamin D? My GP is not being helpful and has asked me to wait for the appointment with the maternity doctor. 2. When will my first appointment be? 3. Is Northwick park Maternity good at all?

Multivitamins/Supplements
I'd love to hear what
vitamins
, supplements, and or diet changes you all are doing for a kiddo this age? I read a recommendation for the OLLY brand "Chillax"
vitamins
that we've been doing for about a month now but that's about it. He also does play therapy once a week.

Which vitamins and supplements to take and which to avoid with hypothyroidism (no thyroid after viral illness 27 yrs ago)
Which are the essential
vitamins
/minerals and should I keep taking them or have breaks? Can taking them interfere with T4/T3/TSH blood tests?

Hello guys I’m a new member and wasn’t sure that this site wasn’t a pop up that I’d accidentally gotten onto ha ha total dinosaur that I am
WDDTY taught me about nightshades and arthritis then I read books on
vitamins
and minerals and many excellent books and research articles by very educated authors and now harass my family with supplements and knowledge whilst trying to alleviate the damage to my own being-but worst of all my mum died

Advice for private blood test following total thyroidectomy please
The NHS are testing my T3/T4 and TSH every 3-4 months but I would like to supplement this with some private tests (particularly regards
vitamins
) to make sure I am not suffering needlessly.

What should I tell my new GP?
I spent the following year trying to improve things for myself by going gluten-free, optimising
vitamins
, etc. but I didn't notice any improvement in my symptoms and just felt so miserable that I changed from Levo to self-medicate with Thyroid-S in January this year.

looking for advice on potential endometriosis
I’ve had therapy, manage stress, work less hours, meditate, do art, eat well and take
vitamins
. It doesn’t alter my symptoms. They just tell me to lose weight and try to give me antidepressants. I had the pill once you take all the time but my hair fell out. I had the coil but I got an infection.

Any advice?
I assume I need to get all my
vitamins
and ferritin tested (ferritin was low last time). I assume taking t4 is a barely worth continuing. i didnt notice much difference except feeling low, in fact depressed, as I slowly re-started it and built up to 75.
