I see the vitamin D spray come highly recommended. But is it worth using a spray for other vitamins and minerals? There seems to be one for iron, methylfolate, B12 etc.

Vitamin sprays certainly have their uses and help avoid poor absorption issues and requirements with vit D to be taken with an oily meal but I dont know of one thats a good methyl B complex.
I'm trying out the Better You iron 10 spray, (barely 2 weeks thus far so no time to observe any changes) because I have chronic urticaria as well as histamine intolerance and everytime I try and take any iron supplements I am getting a nasty uptick in symptoms.
Considered the heme iron but due to the possibility of histamine reaction, I thought of just trying to bypass my digestive system initially and see how it goes. Was worried about oral allergy but so far it's good. I take 4-8 sprays daily. It's a rubbish low dose though, so I don't hold out much hope, but any improvement would be good frankly, as my iron levels are extremely rubbish. I'll certainly report back if levels improve a bit.
I noticed in the pharmacy I went to (a rather ostentatious one off Harley street which could sell you tap water capsules due to the way they present the supplements) they had loads of interesting vitamin spray combos, which looked tempting but I don't think I could sustain regularly spraying more than two different ones from a pragmatic point of view.
